Jazz Festival Road Closures

This weekend will be a busy weekend in the city centre with several road closures on Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 April for the Jazz Festival. The main areas closed to traffic will be The Strand and parts of Willow, Grey and Wharf Streets.

The road closures run from 6:00am on Saturday until 7:00pm on Sunday.

Grey Street will be open to traffic on Sunday.

The southern reclamation car park on The Strand (at the Devonport Road end) will be closed on both Saturday and Sunday.

At the Mount, Maunganui Road will be closed from Salisbury Avenue to Pacific Avenue all day Sunday for the Mount Mainstreet Blues, Food and All That Jazz event.
