Fatal Whangarei crash

12.30am - Emergency servives are currently dealing with a serious crash on Western Hills Drive, Kensington, Whangarei.

A car has left road and gone down a bank.

Two of the occupants are dead and a third is seriously injured.

There are diversions in place on southbound between Russell and Selwyn Roads. The Northbound lane is open for two way traffic.

The Police Serious Crash Unit are investigating.
