Waikato fatal crash

At about 5.25am a truck V car head-on crash occurred approximately 3 minutes saouth of Kihikihi. The driver of the car was killed.

Emergency services are in attendance and the road around the crash scene has been closed. 

Location of incident: Otorohanga Rd., Kihikihi, Waipa District

Diversions are:
Southbound- SH3/Whitmore to Arapuni Rd onto Brotherhood Rd to Allen Rd., back to SH3.
Northbound- Reverse of the above.
