Charges laid for Linwood Ave fatality

Police have considered the circumstances associated with this crash.

Charges have been laid against the driver for Dangerous Driving Causing Death to Nayan WOODS, Dangerous Driving Causing Injury to both Jacob and Emma WOODS, Operated a Modified Vehicle that was not Certified and Operated a Vehicle on a Road When it Was Liable to Cause Injury to Any Person.

He will appear in the Christchurch District Court on 28 July 2010 for his first appearance. Family of the victims are aware of the charges.
