Police request information from the public in relation to an incident which took place at the Phillipstown Post Shop in Ferry Road, Christchurch on Saturday 12 June 2010 at 1.45 pm.

At 1.45pm on Saturday 12 June 2010, a man walked into the Phillipstown Post Shop on the corner of Ferry Road and Barbour Street and approached the teller.

The man presented a hand written note demanding money. Upon receipt of the money, he left the Post Shop north east along Ferry Road.

The man is described as follows:

Aged approximately 20/30
Tidy appearance
Skinny build
Approximately 6 foot tall
Wearing: a beige coloured beanie, tan coloured pants, a dark grey coloured hoodie and dark glasses

Police would like to speak to any witnesses to this incident.
