Post Shop Robbery - Edgeware Road

At approximately 12.26pm on Saturday 26 June 2010 the NZ Post Shop, Edgeware Road, Saint Albans, Christchurch was robbed.

Two males entered the shop carrying firearms and demanded cash from shop staff.

After taking a sum of money they have then left the shop and got into a Subaru Legacy saloon motor vehicle coloured blue. This vehicle was located abandoned at the intersection of Packe Street and Cannon Street, Christchurch.

Police would like to speak to any members of the public who witnessed this incident or who have any information about the identity of the offenders.
