Northcross Fatality - Elderly Male Named

North Shore Police have released the name of the elderly man
who died when a car crashed into the bedroom of his house in
the suburb of Northcross yesterday.

The name of the deceased is:

MORE / Lawrence / William
Male - Retired
DOB - 30/10/1921 - Age 88 years.
Resident of Northcross - North Shore

Police say the 86 year old male driver of the vehicle that was
involved in the incident has been discharged from hospital.

The driver is shaken and upset about the incident.

He is assisting police with their enquiries.

The Waitemata Police Serious Crash Unit is investigating.
