Work crews are at the scene to shut the main line down and carry out repairs.

Emergency services are on site as a precautionary measure placing in some short term diversions.

Road closure: Moturoa St between Murphy St & Davis

Public are asked to take alternate pedestrian and vehicle routes where possible.

Expected time delay at this stage is up to approx one hour.
