Arrest after burger

Avondale CIB staff investigating a series of Post Shop and bank robberies arrested a 28 year-old man shortly after 9 o'clock last night outside McDonalds restaurant in Grey Lynn.

He will appear in the Auckland District Court today to face four charges of aggravated robbery.

Further charges may be laid at a later date.
