Bus crash - no injury - Bower Ave - New Brighton

Police are currently attending a crash involving two buses at the intersection of Bower Avenue and Travis Road, in the New Brighton suburb of Christchurch, that occurred around 7 am this morning.

As a result of the crash, one bus has then collided with the veranda of the medical centre at that intersection causing some damage.

There were no passengers on either of the buses. One bus driver received only minor abrasions that didn’t require any medical attention.

The road is now clear and the crash is currently being investigated.
