Crash - Te Puke

At about 1.00am this morning, Police, Fire and Ambulance attended a single car crash in Manoeka Rd in Te Puke.

The vehicle has crashed into a powerpole and the male driver of the vehicle has died as a result.

Police are investigating the circumstances of the crash.

Enquiries are also being conducted as to the identity of the deceased.

The investigation is being overseen by Senior Sergeant Ian CAMPION of the Tauranga Police.
