Double Fatality - Fitzgerald Avenue - 26 August 2010

Police have today charged a 22 year old male with driving with excess blood alcohol, dangerous driving and two charges of manslaughter in addition to the charge of disqualification he already faces.

He is due to appear in the Christchurch District Court at 2.15pm on 20 September 2010.
