Death investigated in Westport

West Coast Police are investigating the suspicious death of a 38 year old man.

Police were called to an address in Brougham Street, Westport at about 9am this morning and discovered a 38 year-old local man deceased.

Police are speaking to a 40-year old woman who lives at this address to determine what has happened.

A scene examination is underway and a post mortem will be carried out in due course.
