Missing Person: John Willem van Koppenhagen

Police would like to know the where-abouts of John van Koppenhagen, who was reported missing from his home in Napier at about 6.30 pm on Wednesday 6th October 2010.

Senior Sergeant Wendy Wright of the Napier Police said that Police would like to hear from any members of the public who may see Mr van Koppenhagen or who know where he is.

Mr van Koppenhagen is aged 46 years old. He has short shaven hair and a thick grey goatee. He has a dark olive complexion and wears two earings in his upper ears on the right side. He has a celtic tattoo band on his right upper arm.

When last seen, Mr van Koppenhagen was wearing grey cargo pants, a T-shirt and tramping boots. He is believed to be carrying a tramping pack.

Mr van Koppenhagen is thought to be travelling on foot as he does not have access to a vehicle.
