Residents in Roxburgh and Lake Roxburgh Village have been invited to give their views on the proposed project to improve Roxburgh’s drinking water quality.

Council staff plan to hold a couple of public meetings to give the community an opportunity to find out more about the proposed drinking water quality improvements project.

These will be held on Wednesday 3 November at the Roxburgh Memorial Hall, Scotland Street; one at 4pm and the other at 6.30pm.

For more information about the proposed project, and the options being suggested go to Council’s website: www.codc.govt.nz/information/public_consultation#RoxburghWater

or obtained the Statement of Proposal from the Roxburgh Service Centre or Council office in Alexandra.  Copies may also be obtained via email, by contacting carol.mcgarry@codc.govt.nz
