One dead in Conway River Bridge crash

At 0830hrs on Sunday the 24 October 2010 Police were advised of a truck crash on State Highway 1, 200 metres south of the Conway River Bridge.

The driver is in a serious condition, Police Fire and Ambulance are in attendance.

There will be delays as the road is down to one lane.

At 0830hrs on Sunday the 24 October 2010 Police were advised of a truck crash on State Highway 1, 200 metres south of the Conway River Bridge.

Police can now confirm that the male driver has died as a result of injuries received in the crash.

Details of the male will not be released until next of kin have been advised.
