Six Men Arrested For Kidnapping

Six men aged 24 to 44 years, will appear in the Auckland District Court tomorrow charged with kidnapping.

The charges arise after police went to an address in Grey Lynn at about 9.30pm last night Saturday 18 December 2010.

Auckland CIB detectives arrested six men at an address in Bond Street. Two other men were located at this address.

Police say the two male victims had minor injuries but have since recovered.

The penalty for kidnapping is 14 years imprisonment.
