NZFSA to relaunch its food safety website
The New Zealand Food Safety Authority (NZFSA) will relaunch its industry-focused website on 27 January.
The new website - foodsafety.govt.nz - is aimed at food businesses that produce, sell, export or import food. It is designed to help these businesses navigate regulatory and market access requirements.
The site will feature a smart new look and feel with an easy-to-use navigation, a searchable eLibrary for key business documents, and an improved notification option that users can personalise to reflect their information needs.
The site will replace NZFSA's existing industry-focused site - nzfsa.govt.nz. Once the new site launches, visitors to nzfsa.govt.nz will be automatically redirected to foodsafety.govt.nz. All content on the new site originates from the existing site.
If you have bookmarked specific pages on the existing site, please be aware that those bookmarks won't carry over to the new site. However, you will continue to receive notifications of updates to any sections to which you have subscribed.
We welcome your feedback - if you have any comments or questions about the new site, please use the 'Contact Us' link (located at the bottom of every page). And apologies in advance if you receive this message more than once - it's a result of our efforts to inform all affected stakeholders of this important website change.
