Porirua Police seek info on fire in Linden

Porirua Police are looking for information following a fire in Linden, Tawa on Saturday night.

Around 8pm on Saturday 12 February, Police and the Fire Service were called to a building on fire in Hinau Street. The building is located right next to Kowhai Park, behind the Scout Hall.

Detective Sergeant Shane Rongonui says earlier in the evening a number of young people were seen hanging around the building.

"Were interested in hearing from anyone who was in the area at the time and may have seen these young people or has information about the fire."
