District Plan Review Direction-Setting Document Approved

District Plan Review Now Underway.

People interested in the direction of Thames-Coromandel District Council’s (TCDC) Dristrict Plan review can download its direction-setting document presented to the full Council at it’s meeting earlier this week.

The document informs future directions for the Draft District Plan based on legislative, national and regional policy directives, the Coromandel Peninsula Blueprint and District Plan technical information.

The direction-setting document can be viewed at www.tcdc.govt.nz/councilagendas

The Draft District Plan will be available for public consultation in mid-2012.
