Missing resthome resident with dementia

Police have concerns for the safety of an elderly resthome resident who suffers from dementia who has walked off from her Stanmore Road resthome.

Gloria Wilson aged 85 years was last seen walking south towards the Cashmere Hills on Stanmore Road, Linwood at 5.45pm this afternoon. She has not been seen since.

She is wearing a purple top green trousers and sandles.

She has very white hair.

Police family and resthome staff are looking for but have not yet located her.

Police are requesting that members of the public in the Shirly/Linwood/Richmond and Central City area keep a look out for Mrs Wilson.
