Truck rolls Half way between Cambridge and Tirau

State Highway 1 is blocked half way between Cambridge and Tirau.

A truck has rolled, spilling its load of sawdust across all lanes. No one was injured in the crash, but the road will be closed for some hours whilst the crash scene is cleared up.

Local traffic diversions will be in place until the road is reopened.
