After supplying America's largest chain of natural and organic products, Whole Foods Market, for the past seven years Eat Right Foods is now spreading wings to supply other US retailers with its innovative EATRIGHT products ... with the help of a heavy weight endorsement and a New Zealand government initiative.

So far, the range of EATRIGHT cookie, cracker and snack products have been presented to stores such as Costco, Safeway and Andronico's. The President and Chief Operating Officer of Andronico's, John Clougher, who first tasted and sold the EATRIGHT range of products whilst he was Vice President of Procurement at Whole Foods Market Northern California, strongly recommends the innovative, New Zealand made products to other retailers in the United States and is looking forward to selling them in his stores. The support of New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE) and its predecessor, Trade New Zealand, has also played an important role for Eat Right Foods in the US. This has included trade show support at Natural Products Expo and Fancy Foods as well as the NZ Food and Beverage Buyers Guide and buyer presentations.

Eat Right Foods has been manufacturing and selling its "more benefits in every bite" products from its Nelson, New Zealand base since 2001. In 2005 the company was ranked by the National Business Review as the "second most exciting food and beverage wholesaler". The company was the first company to gain the “Heart Tick” for products in the sweet biscuit category, an innovator in the development of products suitable for people with Candida, the first food company to use bio-compostable potato starch packaging and has recently developed a range of raw philosophy "SlowDried" products.
