Shots fired- Spreydon

At 5.30am this morning a number of shots were fired into a garage at the front of a property in Hinemoa Street, Spreydon.

It is believed that a vehicle was used in the shooting. The type or calibre of the weapon is unknown at this time.

Members of the Christchurch South CIB are at the scene and a full scene examination is underway.

No-one was injured in the shooting although the occupants of the address were home at the time.
