NZ Young Farmers rewarded for service to field days
The New Zealand Young Farmers have been rewarded for their volunteer efforts at the National Field Days in Mystery Creek last week.
Young Farmers won an award for their stand and were recognised for their efforts in helping run Field Days with a large team of volunteers.
New Zealand Young Farmers Board Member, Jason Hoyle, says the success at Field Days was a result of the team effort Young Farmers put in.
He says Young Farmers offers members a great way to network with others in the industry and the ability to advance their careers and knowledge through shared experiences.
One of the main benefits of being a member was the ability to learn from previous members and gain experience which may not otherwise be on offer.
