Australian Masterchef to spice up Auckland Food Show

Australian MasterChef series 2 winner Adam Liaw is spicing up the Auckland Food Show this year in celebration of the Malaysia Kitchen Programme for NZ.
Adam will be doing two live cooking demonstrations at the Show, teaching guests how to create sublime Malaysian dishes. Adam’s Malaysian heritage has helped shape and grow his love of good food and Malaysian influences can be seen in his cooking style.
Adam will also be signing copies of his new cookbook Two Asian Kitchens.
The demonstrations are on Thursday 28 July at 1.30pm and Friday 29 July at 12.30pm. Tickets can be purchased by visiting www.foodshow.co.nz.
The Malaysia Kitchen is exhibiting at the Food Show for the first time and will be showcasing the best dishes from the colourful country. Local producers of Malaysian products will be sampling their delicious fare and the site will be sizzling with giveaways, sales, samples and recipes.
