Crash witnesses needed

A motorcyclist who collided with a Toyota Corolla car at about 7.20pm last evening is in a critical condition in Auckland Hospital.

The crash between the sound-bound car and the north-bound motorbike occurred outside 11, St Heliers Bay Road, near the intersection with Brilliant Street.

Police investigating the crash want to hear from any witnesses not already spoken to.

The Auckland City District Serious Crash Unit are investigating and are appealing for any witness who have not yet been spoken to by police to make contact.
