Christchurch - traffic delays

The trafiic lights at the intersection of Blenheim Road and Manderville Street, Christchurch are not operational.
A vehicle crash at the intersection overnight damaged the control box and signals. They will not be repaired until Monday or Tueday next week.
Motorists are advised to take care and exercise patience when travelling through this intersection as there is no traffic control.
There have been several minor crashes at the intersection as motorists try to negotiate there way through.
