New Zealand boxer Shane Cameron faces the most important fight of his boxing career tomorrow night (20 July) when he goes up against Australian Dominic Vea in the Commonwealth Cruiserweight Championship which will be screened live and free to air on Maori Television.
The fight is make or break for Cameron, who has publicly stated that he will retire should he lose tomorrow’s bout, and Kiwis all over the country are being urged to show their support for the ‘Mountain Warrior’.
If Cameron wins this fight, he’ll not only become the first Commonwealth title holder since Monty Betham Snr in 1975, he’ll also have a shot at the World title, with the chance of bringing the world title fight to New Zealand for the very first time
It’s never been more important for New Zealand to show their support for Shane!
