Update: 17 year-old charged with murder appeared in Court late this afternoon

In an unexpected turn of events, the 17 year-old charged with murder today in relation to the fatal stabbing of Warren Rosillo in Pakuranga last Friday night, was given a special sitting late this afternoon at the Manukau District Court.

He was granted bailed and will be appearing in the High Court this coming Friday 5 August. He has interim name suppression until this time.
