Auckland City Police have been advised by Chinese authorities that the judges who presided over the trial of murder-accused Xiao Zhen in the Shanghai No 2 Intermediate People's Court on August 2, will deliver their verdict in that court on Wednesday, August 17.

Zhen was tried for the murder of Auckland taxi driver Hiren Mohini in the suburb of Mt Eden on January 31, 2010.
