Workplace Incident: Electrical Explosion

At about 1:45pm this afternoon there was an electrical explosion with the power lines on Normanby Rd, Mount Eden.

Two workers were injured and have been taken to hospital with status 2 injuries.

Road closures are in place on Normanby Rd between Enfield St and Edwin St.

The matter is being referred to OSH for their investigation
