Crash on SH1 Bulli Point, Taupo

Police are in attendance on SH1 at Bulli Point, just north of Motutere Bay, Taupo where a truck has collided with a bank.

The truck has lost its load with a large amount of debris across the lanes.
Heavy Haulage are en-route to remove the truck and the southbound lane is currently closed.

Police advise motorists to avoid the area if possible.
