Police attend suspicious deaths at SH2 Pukehina

Western Bay of Plenty Police have confirmed that they are attending an incident at a residential property at State Highway Two, Pukehina.

Police were called to the property late this afternoon and have confirmed that an adult male and an adult female have been found dead at the property.

The officer in charge of the investigation, Detective Senior Sergeant Mark Loper, says Police have secured the scene and commenced initial inquiries.

He says a more detailed scene examination will not be able to be conducted until daylight tomorrow morning, but Police are treating the deaths as suspicious.
