Two unmasked offenders sought in relation to three robberies yesterday in Counties Manukau

MANUKAU CITY

Counties Manukau Police are urgently appealing for information from members of the public to identify and locate two men who robbed three petrol stations at gunpoint in Counties Manukau yesterday evening.

Detective Sergeant John Love of the Counties Manukau Major Crime Teams says “The offenders were not masked and the weapon used is described as a sawn off rifle. Fortunately nobody sustained any injuries in the robberies.

At 5:55pm the two men entered the BP station on Ridge Road in Howick and demanded money.

Just before 9pm the two men then entered the Mobil station on Great South Road in Manurewa and demanded money.

At 10:30pm they entered the GAS station in Papatoeote demanding money.

A number of CCTV images have been obtained and we urgently wish to speak to anybody who recognises these two men."
