<p>Opotiki police are investigating a fatal vehicle crash 6 km&#39;s west of Opotiki<br /> <br /> Shortly before 5am police were told of a collision between a car and pedestrian on Waioeka Road.<br /> <br /> One person is dead.<br /> <br /> Serious crash investigators are making their way to the scene.<br /> <br /> Diversions are being set up.</p>
