Tuatapere - fatal crash

At around 2.30pm [yesterday] a farm worker reported finding a 67 year old male colleague who had been involved in a quad bike crash on a farm property near Tuatapere.

The male died as a result of injuries he received after the bike rolled onto him.

There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death and the matter has been referred to the coroner.

Both Police and the Department of Labour are investigating.
