Police say crowd behaviour at the Rugby World Cup match between Fiji and Samoa at Eden Park this afternoon was once again very good.

"The weather improved as the game got underway and fans have again enjoyed a positive and enjoyable occasion," said Superintendent Brett England.

There were no issues with crowd behaviour and no arrests but three people were evicted from the stadium.

The crowds dispersed quickly from the ground after the game with no problems reported in Kingsland or at the transport hubs.

Police will maintain a highly visibility in the CBD throughout the evening but do not anticipate any issues.
