Scott Clune, Wellington, Corporate & commercial

Scott specialises in commercial, regulatory and competition law, with a focus on technology and telecommunications markets. He has advised on some of New Zealand’s largest technology projects.

Anna Kraack, Wellington, Litigation & dispute resolution

Anna specialises in civil litigation, with a focus on contract disputes, gas and energy, aquaculture, insurance and trusts. Her clients include major energy companies, government agencies, significant fisheries companies and insurance companies. Anna has appeared in the High Court, the District Court and a diverse range of tribunals, including tribunals with jurisdiction over particular business sectors.

Nick Letham, Christchurch, Corporate & commercial


Nick specialises in corporate and commercial law, with particular interest in securities law, mergers and acquisitions and corporate compliance. He has developed particular expertise in the retirement village and aged care sector, rural services industries in both New Zealand and Australia and NZX compliance.

Jessica Meech, Wellington, Environment, planning & resource management


Jessica specialises in environment, planning and resource management law. She advises clients on issues such as the development and consenting of major infrastructure projects, district and regional planning issues, submissions on resource consent applications and plan changes, designation processes, law reform proposals and environmental compliance issues.

Stacey Thompson, Wellington, Corporate & commercial


Stacey has particular experience in competition and regulatory issues, as well as public and administrative law. She advises clients across a range of industries including telecommunications, airports, electricity, gas, dairy and healthcare.
