Consultation Closes on 2008/09 ACC Levy Rates

The consultation period on ACC’s proposed levy rates for 2008/09 has closed.


“We received over 70 submissions from a range of individuals and organisations and they all provided valuable information,” said ACC General Manager, Levy and Scheme Management, Dr Keith McLea.


The next step is that ACC considers the feedback and finalises its recommendations to the Minister. The Minister then decides on the final levy rates that ACC will charge.


It is expected that final 2008/09 ACC levy rates will be announced by the Minister around December.
