Air crash near Whakatane

At approximately 10.20am Police and Emergency services have responded to the scene of a crash involving a small aircraft.

The aircraft crashed into a paddock in rural Whakatane, north of Taneatua

The one occupant is currently recieving attention for moderate injuries.
