Coastal Walkway Barrier Arm Installation

Barrier arms are being installed along the Coastal Walkway as part of the safety plan to close off parts of the walkway during heavy seas or floods. The locations are:

• Below Placemakers and at the end of Hobson Street.
• Under the Huatoki Stream bridge.
• At both access points to the Wind Wand area of the walkway.
