Decisions on District Plan Changes 17, 18 & 19

• Proposed District Plan Change 17 – 11 Seddon Street, Naenae
• Proposed District Plan Change 18 – 238 Stokes Valley Road, Stokes Valley
• Proposed District Plan Change 19 – 172 and 206 Whites Line East, Waiwhetu

Proposed Plan Changes 17, 18 and 19 propose to rezone the parcels of land at the above addresses from General Recreation Activity Area to General Residential Activity Area.

Notice of these decisions is given under Clause 10 of the First Schedule of the Resource Management Act 1991.

Any person who has made a submission on Proposed Plan Changes 17, 18 and/or 19 may appeal Council’s decision to the Environment Court on a matter or provision referred to in their submission. Such appeals must be in the prescribed form and lodged with the Environment Court within 30 working days of service of the Council’s decision in accordance with Clause 14 of the First Schedule of the Resource Management Act 1991.
