Male found in a distressed state

Auckland City Police are asking the public for assistance in identifying a 25-30 year old male found in a distressed state at the Sylvia Park Shopping Centre at about 1.30am this morning.

The young male is Mandarin speaking, of medium build and is approximately 160cms tall. It would appear that he has an intellectual disability and has difficulty in communicating with people.
