Police praised after saving man with CPR

HAMILTON

At approximately 4.00am this morning, Hamilton Police stopped a motor vehicle on Maeroa Road, Hamilton.
While dealing with the occupants of the vehicle, one of the occupants, a 48 year male suffered a cardiac arrest.

The Police Officers immediately performed CPR until an Ambulance arrived on the scene and took over. 

Dean Kelleher, an Advanced Paramedic from the Hamilton St Johns Response Unit praised the Hamilton Officers for their efforts.

Dean stated,' The Officers performed excellent CPR which definately contributed to saving the man's life.'
