Missing Elderly Male

Police are currently attending an incident where a Chinese male , aged 75 years, has gone missing from the Bush Inn Centre, in the Christchurch suburb of Riccarton. He was last seen at about 7.40 pm. The male arrived in New Zealand only a couple of weeks ago and is not very familiar with Christchurch. He also speaks no English.

The male is described as follows:
Male Asian - 75 years - medium build - short black hair - possibly a baseball-type hat/cap
Wearing: long sleeved blue top - trousers
Carrying a green grocery bag with wheels

Police ask anyone who may have seen the missing man to contact Christchurch Police on 363 7400, and for residents in and around the Bush Inn area to check in and around their properties.
