QRC Christmas Ball

As part of our studies towards the Diploma in Hospitality Management at Queenstown Resort College, during our second year Cost Control Management course we are required to plan, organise and run an event of reasonable complexity.

This term we have chosen a Christmas Ball to provide the people of Queenstown with an event to focus on in the lead up to Christmas. The event will include complimentary champagne on arrival, entertainment, canapes, alternate drop dinner, a selection of desserts, prizes and much more.

As well as being part of our course, we have decided to make it a funraiser for the community and all proceeds will be to support the community initiative “Shaping our Future”.
