On the 13th of November 2011 at 6.45 am a fire was deliberately lit at a commercial premise in Lansford Crescent, Avondale.
The victim resides at the premise and was fortunate to escape unharmed.
The fire was lit at the entrance to the premise and Police are concerned at the sinister nature of the incident.
