Missing person

<p>Police are concerned about 15 year old Isabel RALPH who has not been in contact with her family for a period of 14 days.</p> <p>Isabel has been seen with other young persons in the last few days.</p> <p>If persons know the whereabouts of Isabel they are encouraged to contact Police so that her family know that she is safe.
