Karaka Bay Wharf - Seeking owner of abandoned fishing gear

At about 8.30pm on Tuesday the 29th November 2011 some abandoned fishing gear was located on the end of Karaka Bay Wharf.

Police believe that the fishing gear had been there since about 4pm the previous day.

Police are seeking the owner, or information about the owner of a black 13' Hunting and Fishing surf casting rod, with a Penn 8000 reel, a white 10 litre plastic bucket which contained fishing tackle, a hammer, pliers and a blue towel.
